From the onset the staff were very friendly and helpful. This continued throughout our stay. The room was a nice size and had the average facilities for this type of hotel. Access was easy with a key card for the main door and yale key for our room. The room was cleaned each morning to a good standard.

The breakfast was lovely , the whole experience was fantastic. Our room had just been renovated to a high standard so everything was brand new. The size of the room was great. Lovely area central to loads of shops, pubs, restaurants and tube and train station within 5 mins walking. Well worth what we paid for our stay.

Went for the basement room that was newly furnished. Though had some paint smell initially but eventually got used to it. Room was clean and toilet was newly built. Breakfast was usual english breakfast with bread, butter, jam, cereals, milk, tea and juice option. Room service would clean the room and replace the free tea stuff Value for money location is perfect

Desk staff good, i had requested as few stairs as poss, they had done this but apologised as was in annexe not main building - not a problem, so did their best, many thanks, much appreciated. On last night could not locate remote for tv, i hardly use it, probly there but i could not see it, no hand towel, but i suppose is better for planet, bathroom 'pod' in my room cramped shower, clean room, breakfast a bit thin, room very clean, decent decor, always plenty hot water for shower - this can be a prob in many hotels from my experience - no shampoo so make sure you have some, i always do anyway, good location, handy for local facilities, only a short walk, 7 to 10 mins to tube platform depending which way you go, my tip is that Praed street entance is best, paddington main much longer, all staff helpful, overall a positive experience, will doubtless use again

Good location, room was small but you got everything you need. Close to Oxford street, cafes and restaurants. Close to busses and underground as well. Breakfast was fine. Polite personnel, possibility to borrow European charger adapter.

Breakfast was certainly very adequate considering what we paid which was a lot lower than pther hotels. Staff friendly. Room basic but comfortable which was exactly what we were after as using as a base for our visit. My only critism would be no tea or coffee with the kettle and cups but we could have easily solved that if we needed to.

This is a 2 star hotel so we knew when booking that it would be basic, but the hotel room was everything we needed for a night's stay. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the room had a hairdryer and hangers for clothes. The receptionist was also very helpful and the breakfast was filling.

Location, location, location. The hotel does provide a small fan that helps, but not by limited Breakfast (cereal, toast and cheese slices). British Tetly tea is fantastic.

Perfect location close to Hyde Park. Breakfast was simple, but tasty. Despite the fact that beds were older than us, we were sleeping very confortable.
